Children (ages 7-14)
Help with: Trouble sleeping, anxiety, fears, anger, not being able to be left alone, traumatic events, etc.
3 STEP PROCESS
Step 1: Meeting with parent(s) only
Step 2: Parent(s) and child learn tools to manage emotions together
Step 3: We start the work to allow them feel better about past events. This is a process of active imagination. (Child only although parents are welcome to attend.)
Sessions are shorter (15-20 mins)

Teens (ages 15-19)
Help with: Social anxiety, test/exam anxiety, fears, anger, unworthiness (not good/smart/pretty enough’s), etc.
Teens sometimes want someone who isn’t family to talk to and process things with.

ADULTS (20 AND UP)
Help with: Difficult relationships with parent(s), dealing with parent or partner addiction, childhood trauma, complicated grief (including suicide of a loved one), anger, abandonment, fear of being alone, emotional eating, dating & relationship issues (including lack of one), etc.
